"Lovely hotel. Centrally placed around 20 mins walk from the main train station. The hotel was well decorated and in very good condition. The room allocated was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Complementary water was provided. The kitchen area was well equipped. I had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good with a very good selection of hot and cold options. All the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you."

"This was a very convenient 2 night stay with the need for an early check out to get to the Airport, having a shuttle bus was a bonus. Slightly disappointed that there was no room tidy up / replenishment of facilities between thr two days. e.g. tea/coffee facilities were not restocked meaning if you had tea/coffee before bedtime and for first thing in morning then there was little or no choice for the next night. I also expected towels to be tidied up even though they were not to be replaced...

"Great stay from the moment I arrived, staff were so helpful and friendly, I needed a charger for my phone and was off to buy one but the receptionist sourced one from lost property, I returned this after my stay. Good swift check in, asked what type of room I wanted, room was clean, with safe and fridge, hotel very secure, you can't get to the floors without your keycard in the lift. Perfect location next top trams and buses"

"Really lovely stay - booked this hotel by mistake but had no regrets about the mistake. Executive room is clean, large and decor is urban style. Cleaning staff are fantastic. "Excellent hotel, great location in a beautiful residential area, close to an airport but also you can go for a beautiful walk. Plenty nice and cozy restaurants in the area, but you almost do not need them as the food in the hotel is wonderful, one mist try breakfast when there. But the most import is that the staff in the hotel is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond to help and accommodate you. Rooms a beautiful, clean, beds very comfortable. Great place overall. "
