We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed. Wonderful restaurant. The service was fantastic. And staff speaks great English, no issues with communication

The hotel it is a piece of art, incredible well located in a historical building. Service is superb, with charming young personnel.
Breakfast is out of this world, go for the House one, you will get a taste of the region.
The low note is on the confort side because rooms are very small, even smaller for european standards. The bed although you can say cozy was very soft and after a while your back will crank at you.

Great, historic property with stylish rooms, and amazing staff that goes above and beyond. There are nice restaurants nearby, which can be loud, but offer delicious food so you won’t go hungry. Looking forward to staying in again!

I visited different villages and stayed in different hotels during my izmir tour, but for me, Gümrük hotel was the best of the best. Really enjoyed my stay, staff was amazing, the room was just wow! Beautiful design with that cute little balcony and the phenomenal view and you just can't get sick of! Wish I could stay more.
(Just one little think is to check the AC)

Kahvaltı, 5 yıldızlı oteller dahil yediğim en lezzetli kahvaltıydı. Çalışanlar inanılmaz ilgili, mutlu ve ilgililerdi. Yaşadığım en iyi otel deneyimlerinden biri. Çok şık bir yer, aşırı keyifli. Her şey için teşekkürler.
