Very nice and the staff is very helpful, they also changed money and it helped a lot.

Very hospitable and accommodating staff. Our room had lighting problems, so they upgraded us to a bigger room for no charge. They even let us eat breakfast late on our last day. Great deal and lovely location.

Mold..deceiptful
Posted 22 Jan 2020 on HotelsWe had booked a prepaid suite for January 20th and 21st.@ has caves konak , ürgüp capadoccia. Turkey.
Over the course of the first evening , we discovered the cement parging falling on our bed into our luggage and in my CPAP machine and oxygen concentrator machine total value of about $7,000.
We covered it with a towel but we're wondering why our breathing became worse then discovered black mold about the room and bathroom.
We told the owner that we needed to check out. Due to the increased difficulty to the room. I asked if they re refunds for the second night since due to health reasons we would not be staying. They said they would have no problem with this. At which time we completed our check then. We're in for instructed by them to contact hotels.com I wish we did and they contacted the property and the owner refused to refund the second night that we did not stay.
So black mold, and the owner or staff member that makes false promises and keeps money for services not provided.

すごく部屋も広く清潔で、スタッフの対応も良かったです。バスタブもついている部屋で最高でした。ホテルに行くまでのスーツケースの持ち運びは少し大変でした(急な坂なため)
