The hotel was nice, just the beds were really uncomfortable. Great coffee, friendly staff and the hotel is in a good location.

Did not like the king size bed in room 307. Mattress seemed wore out way too soft. Felt like sleeping in a big soft pillow. Could hardly get out of it really bad.

Stayed here because it’s close to our family. This is our second stay. Complaints are when we checked in our room hadn’t been cleaned so they moved us to another room. The stopper on the bath tub wouldn’t stay up to drain. The pool was cold and the bottom of it was green. The fitted sheet never stays on the bed. The carpet by the door is torn
You quoted us a price for the room then the hotel itself tags on misc. added fees for state and county and city tax, energy efficiency fee, safe with limited warranty fee. That’s not mentioned. The lady on the morning shift was rude and unfriendly when we asked why the pool was closed, apparently it was for an hour for chemical treatment.
