Comfortable stay with courteous staff. Spacious room but shower in round tub awkward and dangerous for elderly. Also floor transition s from rug to tile painful to step on. Overall enjoyable stay.

Didn’t like that they had overbooked. We had booked a one bedroom pool apartment. We were sent down a few stinking hot corridors to eventually find our room. We were put in a two bedroom apt but told if we touched any of the second room stuff we would be billed .. only had two thin bath towels. NO POOL TOWELS.
It’s almost like an air b and b. Lounge good. Kitchen good. Shower has seen better days .. beds are super hard. Aircon only in lounge area. Doesn’t quite cool apt. We were put in a room that was directly next to the kids pool so didn’t feel we had privacy ..
disappointed. It was one of the top rated hotels in hervey bay…
Both restaurants out the front were very good. Great food.

Pretty good place, but the WiFi was atrocious! Couldn’t review maps or basic websites. Kept cutting in and out.

Great location. Spacious apartment with all the facilities we required. Easy access to and from pool area as well as esplanade.

The staff were fabulous, very welcoming and helpful. The room was just what we needed last minute. Family friendly hotel, the heated pool was a hit with my grandson.
Would definitely stay again.
