The smell of bleach/ chlorine in the lobby and common areas was awful.

Pretty property but they need to focus on the rooms. This is our 2nd stay here. The room stay very hot because theres only one vent. When we entered our room our fridge had leaked all over our floor and inside the cabinet that holds it. The shower was faulty and shot water all over the ceiling and floor. They shut off the jets in the pool that the kids were enjoying just because someone who wasnt even swimming didnt like them. its okay for a day and the price. But not for an extended stay.

Me and my husband have stayed at this location at least ten times on various occasions. This last one made me feel like Estancia de Norte fell short. When we checked in and went up to the room the hallway was extremely warm and the room key didn’t work. We went back down and got it reprogrammed and when we entered the room there was another family already in that room. We then went back down let the clerk know the issue she gave us a different room number but and I had to ASK for compensation for this inconvenience which they had no disagreement about and we got two free drinks for the bar. Slight inconveniences, it's not the end of the world but was a slip up non the less.

Love the decor style . Smells amazing food has been good so far I’ve been going to estancia quit a bit now .

This hotel is always very pleasant. We love the hotel accommodation and the convenience to walk to restaurants and shoppers.
