Loved our stay. The place was very clean and loved that it was close to food and coffee shops.

Property was clean and room was very nice, but the make-up air fan was noisy and the the heater is overwhelmingly noisy and you we have no way to turn down the fan and if we lower it the AC comes on

I think checking in at another hotel was inconvenient. I also smelled weed. So I felt the people staying here were here to party. We checked in at night .
The room is clean and is nice.

Mobile check in did not work so we had to first stop at the Canoe Hotel to check in which wasn’t super convenient. Other than that, very happy with the staff and the room. It is at the far end of the road in Banff so good amount of walking- unless you catch the bus which we didn’t do because of the timing.

Have to go to another lodge for check-in. The room was modern and clean, overall good stay
