Great Location, center city Charlotte. Good Breakfast in Club Room. Gentleman on grill cooking was great Young lady at Bar/restaurant was also great. Other Staff was not well trained in hospitality. At Check in was not told about how to access Club, as I had a Club Room Reservation Lady cleaning in Club was grouchy and not friendly at all

Hotel and parking was overpriced. Room was equivalent to a Fairfield. Half the trip was on points. The other half on credit card. Hotel had difficulty with final invoice. To this day I have not received an invoice but my credit card was charged
