"A really great stay! Loved the size of the apartment, it was absolutely perfect and the location was great. Car parking was secure, though a little bit annoying that you had to get out of the car to ring the intercom to get let into the car park - it would be much more practical and efficient to have the key card used to access the room, also programmed to open the garage door."

"My son and I were there for the football at Turf Moor, the property is in a great location for the football ground and the amenities in the town centre. The twin room was very clean, comfortable and the facilities great. I was able to park outside the building. It was fantastic value for money and I will certainly look to stay there again if I should return to Burnley as I live in Cornwall."

"The apartment was very clean and had ample equipment. Car parking was disappointingly on street but it didn’t have an issues though during the stay. It wasn’t the easiest check in and the communication wasn’t that clear but a phone call sorted it all out. The real disappointment though was that the next door apartment was full of louts who kept being noisy until 3:30am on a Tuesday night. It spoilt the stay for me and I wouldn’t stay there again. "Very nice apartment, very clean and modern. Some privacy issues with large windows that had no blinds, so people walking by can look into the unit. Excellent communication with company. Google map pin showed it was closer to Old Trafford stadium, but actual flat was a 30 minute walk. This was fine as the weather was pleasant, but poor weather would have been an issue for the hike."

"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."
