"It was very roomy and clean and very comfortable! The building doors are open all the time but the entrance to the apartments is a card key and the the entrance to your apartment is another card key. If I was to make any criticism it is that it would have been nice to have a little more cooking equipment as we made our own dinner, but it was a lovely stay!"

"Doma Zagreb was clean, quiet and was a wonderful room. Has little kitchenette. The owner was terrific with hospitality and communication. Walking distance to square and restaurants. A few stairs to get to room but doable. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The apartments are centrally located to so many things! The tram runs right past the front of the building too. The only drawback for us was the number of stairs as my elderly mother traveled with us and we had to carry her luggage up. "

"There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. The Rooms looked much better in the picture. "

"The name states it all. This was luxury both due to the apartment and the location. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable and the location is perfect with everything being within walking distance. Definitely recommended for a visit to Zagreb."

"Prior to arrival in the evening we had no email with information to get access from hotels.com even though we had told them our expected arrival time. By calling the owner directly they provided the information directly. The next day we received the email with entry details from Hotel.com. We had problems with wifi but owners sorted it out. "This is a great hotel and the staff are lovely! Trying to access the lobby for check in was difficult with the streetcars and traffic out in front…very intimidating for foreigners. Once the parking is located, it is easy and safe to get to the hotel and to your room. Directions to the underground parking should be emphasized. "
