This is a good value motel. Not flash but was perfect for my needs and it was great to have a heat pump and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Very handy to Canterbury university. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Nice, clean room with a kitchenette & cooking supplies & a good number of television channels for relaxing. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff is very helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

The Queen bed is 2 singles put together was uncomfortable. Couch needs a deep clean as it's stained and please put something in shower to hold soap. I did Love that they had fresh milk and plenty of coffee tea hot chocolate and sugar and a lovely greeting from staff.

Bathroom and kitchen floors sticky Toaster still had crumbs on top,from prev users.didnt make our beds. Heater in bathroom has burn marks x2. Chipped cups.hot plates faulty.. toilet cystine continues to run water.wifi charge outlet is faulty internet stopped oh dear
