"Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "

"The hotel was comfortable, the city of Koblenz was a pleasant size, there were many good restaurants within walking distance, the scenery was beautiful, and the hotel staff were very friendly and polite."

"Ich bin begeistert von dem Hotel. Das Haus steht zwar etwas weg vom Schuss, dafür ist es nachts maximal ruhig. Zunächst war ich etwas irritiert vom Stilmix. Da gibt es eine japanische Brücke über einen Koi-Teich als Zugang zum Hotel, daneben stehen Säulen im Hundertwasserstil, möglicherweise sogar Originale. "Great place and great location. One major drawback however is the Glockenspiel, on a tower inside the hotel courtyard, that rings for several minutes every hour on the hour from 10 am to 10 pm. You can not only hear it, but feel it in the nearby rooms when it chimes. Can be very annoying for one trying to take a midday nap or who has gone to bed early. (Also, I discovered too late that had I booked directly with the property, the parking would have been free and the taxes reduced.) "

"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "The hotel is in a great location and the car park is close by. The lady on the desk when we checked in we think was the owner. She was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was a typical German wooden panelled room which was delightful the staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast was excellent. "

"Nice modern hotel. Dining room and breakfast buffet were excellent. Rooms were functional and clean. Bathroom was very small and could benefit from a shower door and fan. The underground public parking garage smelled of urine."

"Staff member was very helpful arranging our trip to Burg Eltz. The hotel is conveniently located by the Koblenz Train Station and there are several nice restaurants in the area. It was a great experience."

"Lovely hotel with really friendly staff but super basic gym, not even any free weights at all. One cable multi gym and some cardio machines. Great location by the river. "
