The service received from the Manager on Duty was exceptional. There was nothing that I didn't like about this visit. Easy check-in, room cleanliness, nice quiet environment and customer service were all outstanding!!!

The room was not clean there was alot of hair over the bed ..

The hotel did not accept to add the reservation to my IHG rewards points. Irrespective of third party booking or through iHG I am paying for the stay in the hotel and I expect to get reward points for the stay. Also the customer service is not pleasing or welcoming incidental is $100 and I do not see any reason for $100 to be charged for incidentals.

The breakfast was not good. The cinnamon rolls were good. The front desk was friendly and helpful.
