This was the worse hotel stay .
Check in started at 3pm I arrived at 4:30pm the room I was assigned was dirty. They reassigned me to a different room the bathroom had a heavy smoke odor. I have allergies and asthma that it why I requested a non smoking room. The shower would not turn off
And there were baby roachs crawling in the bathroom and the kitchen area .
One of the staff did not show anything empathy.

The Pictures I Have Of How Dirty The Rooms Are Is Beyond Ridiculous, Plus You Pay & Still Have To Put Down A Holding Fee For Them Dirty Nasty Rooms I Will NEVER Stay Here Again.

I checked in after 9 p.m.
When I arrived in my room and tried to call the front desk to ask a question athe phone did not work properly, so I had to walk all the way from the end of the hall where my room was to the front desk just to ask a question
The TV remote didn't have an on button, so I had to take another trip to the front desk to replace it.
Dishes were not in the room, so I had to take a third trip to the front desk to pick up a bowl, plate and fork.
It was not until that last walk that the person at the front desk said that if there was anything else that I need, she would bring it to me since she was younger. Why did I have to make that many trips? All that I needed should have already been in the room or mentioned to me at check-in.

The refrigerator rubber was torn, really big roaches AND baby roaches, non smoking room smelled HORRIBLY like cigarettes and other smokable substances and the tenants were loitering in the lobby area. I would not recommend this even for one night.

Place was dirty, there were burn marks in the floor, stains on the linens, we were told housekeeping only came in every 2 weeks and when I asked for a vacuum or even just a broom to clean my room myself I was told they didn’t have any. We left after 4 days of the 11 we initially booked.

This place was dirty. Chipped paint in the shower, mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom
Someone was able to get access into my room without my consent. Homeless vehicle camp out in the back parking area.
