"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. "Had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Manhattan! The suite was super clean and comfy with amazing city views. Staff were really nice and made sure everything was perfect. Perfect spot if you want to be close to everything in NYC. Would definitly come back!"

"The hotel was very close to the Park Avenue Armory, which is why I chose it. It was a great experience--I had dinner in the bar, and the service and food there was first rate."
