"My room was in a beautiful 1907 Queenslander. The room was spacious and the bedding luxurious. I was surprised to find my bathroom was down the hall but it was spotless and was only for my use. I should have checked the listing more thoroughly, but it was no real bother. Bit noisier than i would have liked being on the main road but other than that I had a lovely stay."

"The WOTIF booking confirmation stated "The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 10 PM" so I was shocked to be berated for being late on my arrival. While I had stated I would be there at 3pm, there were a number of delays during my trip. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to on arrival (maybe organise self check-in like every other self-managed property in the world). "The Q1 is nearly ocean frontage, on the 68 floor the sunrise was amazing, the views spectacular and every convenience was there at the doorstep. We had a fantastic time, the sushi place downstairs was some of the best I have had in the past 15 years. The light rail was right out front. The unit was huge and well fitted out the furniture was a little upmarket, everything was comfortable. We had a great time until we found the swimming pools and the heated pool then it was close to a high end...
