"Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

It is well fitted out with all you that you need. We really appreciated the washer/dryer and reverse cycle split systems. "Location, location, location! Love that the hotel property is immediately next to the train station, but extremely quiet. I've started there a dozen times, and always requested the side facing the mountains, which makes me happy because it's absolutely peaceful. "We needed a quick and easy stop for a Shinkansen layover and this was perfect. We were traveling with 6 in our family and so we got 3 rooms so the kids could have their own beds. The service staff was impeccable. The room is small (compared to American standards) but the room felt perfect for sleeping overnight. "
