This was an amazing property with great customer service BUT when we arrived at our room, it seemed someone had already been there. There was food left in the room and wet carpet by the bathroom. Also the hand soap and shampoo had one a little bit which was inconvenient once I took my kids inside the shower and it finished. I had to use my own shampoo. This was supposed to be a suite I paid for and it was not well serviced before we got there. The customer service people are very nice but don't go on their promise.
Very great place and very great accommodations, especially the pool and it being close to the beach.

Staff and reception staff were nice...but as soon as we walked in the room all we could smell the whole time is urine have no idea why and how to stop it,we were tired and checked in at night.
Sprayed the room with deodorant to mask the smell but the urine/sewage smell was too strong first thing in the mor ing had a shower went down for breakfast (it was ok) didn't wanna go back to the room or use the toiler.I actually used the lobby floor toilet rather than our room one...and checked out early..it was very disappointing.
I would never go back there sorry.

Excellent, modern hotel.
Posted 15 Jun 2019 on HotelsExcellent hotel, along the main road, with pool and on the beachfront. Secure, level, parking in front of hotel with security guard. Very handy for our motorbike. Lovely receptionist who spoke very good English. Big modern rooms. Would definitely recommend as a stopover.
