"A self check in hotel, we never saw a member of staff over the 2 days we were there but the hotel runs amazingly. Rooms have everything you want, spacious and very clean. Brilliant shower and hairdryer. Breakfast is self service with plenty of continental choice. You can make a hot drink ay time of the day and either sit in the lounge area or take it back to your room in proper cups. Would definitely stay here again."

"Although nestled in wonderful Bad Ragaz, this boutique hotel had a bunch of issues: Coming in it's self check in so don't expect to see anyone to help you out. I've travelled a ton but this was the first time I caught a spider in a room. I had to move the bed and the underneath had leftover items and probably has not been cleaned for a while. Ate at the restaurant by the entrance on our first night and it was the worst meal of my entire trip. The boutique hotel is at a great location and close...
