WiFi signal too weak to provide internet connection, unacceptable and easy to cure with a relay post. No improvement after 2 complaints. Reception locked up in afternoon (key card needed to enter). Breakfast no longer included in the room rate. Bed linen clean but stained (1x) - should be thrown out.

Dear Carlo,Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we were unable to get an IT employee to fix the problem with the WiFi signal in a short time and on the weekend. Of course, we will also take care of the other points mentioned. Please make sure when you make your next booking whether you are booking with or without breakfast. The customer service at the front desk during check-in was brutal. As someone who worked in customer service and from Canada, it took everything in me to maintain being respectful and polite to the rude women at the front-desk. Felt like since I was English speaking there was an immense amount of rudeness. Regardless of greeting in German and attempting to speak German to her.

the gym wasn’t accessible, the person on the phone wasn’t very helpful either (the reception was closed at 3 pm already, even though that’s when check-in begins). the kettle in the room was broken (worked, but the lid fell off). the water kept draining from the bathtub, even though it was plugged. hard to close the bathroom door. other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. the bed was soft and very good to sleep in, the pillows were very comfortable too. the location of the hotel is very good, close to the train stop and not far from the airport
