Although the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable don't look at the dirt and bugs around your outside slider. The three biggest complaints are the thin walls and ability to hear EVERYTHING if you have a neighbor, the fact that the outside doors do not lock and have not been repaired, and although the lobby is nice the rest of the hotel is quite shabby.

Stay was terrible. We never got keys. The room had balaclava mold everywhere. The shower dident work properly, the tub leaked everywhere. Our room felt like a psych ward. When checking out they had no record of our stay yet billed my charge card.

No staff at the desk when I arrived. When they showed up, there was a line, and processing was very slow. Got hit with a $50 ‘deposit’ for unexplained reasons. I have no confidence it will be refunded. The band in the night club played loud and late. Not much breakfast available, and what was there was unsparing. … Otherwise it was ‘great!’

No elevator. Couldn’t carry all my luggage up a flight of stairs. Had to request a first floor room instead. Inside door and one comforter had red stains. Ceiling was moldy. Curtain was ripped. Floor had sticky stuff all over it. Picture above bed had cracked glass. Didn’t feel safe there. 🙁

Unfortunately, I will not stay at this location again. Neither would I recommend it. The property was not well kept: in the hallways for example, had a malodorous scent, had the appearance of uncleanliness, had carpet damage at multiple areas & the walls had multiple unrepaired sights of damage. In terms of the room, there was a dead roach, the sheet was stained, and the bathroom tube drainage plug had to physically be removed to drain the tube of water. In addition,I will just say the shower was not a site that would welcome a guest to take a shower. There should be better efforts taken to make the location hospitable as this is a business that is based in hospitality.

Rooms were nice for a day stay. Bathroom had some flies in it which was disappointing. Bed was comfortable. Horrible selection of cable channels, none for kids which again, was disappointing. Not a bad experience just.

Outside of property very run down looked abandoned. Sheets were stained , found false eyelashes in bed. I went and asked for clean sheets to make the bed myself. Hallways smelt horrible, I was on the second floor and there were no elevators. So be prepared to pull your luggage up the stairs. And the pool was gross clumps of hair in the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in long time, no towels available; which didn’t want to swim after seeing all the hair. I’m pretty sure people that work there are all related and live here. I was very uncomfortable staying here alone so made my son drive up and stay with me. Never ever again will I stay here!

The property is located about a mile off the interstate. The hotel lobby is bright clean and very welcoming. My only complaint would be that the ice machine on the main floor was on the other side of the building. Otherwise, nice establishment.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was I am a family of 5 and as I normally book a room a room of 5 2 bed with a sofa bed and to my surprise there was no sofa bed and it was not a room for 5 but more for 4. The definitely need to fix this in the system. As my child slept on floor .. thankfully we survived the night.

Do not stay here! I booked two rooms and both rooms the locks on the door did not work. On the first night someone walked in on us. The workers in the front tried to lie and say that the locks were working the entire time. Their responses were less than satisfactory. They gave us the run around when we requested to speak to a manager. All the linens were dirty and stained, even after requesting new CLEAN sheets the new sets were dirty. The hotel smells terrible just save your money and time.
