The room was musty, smelled of smoke and had visible stains on the carpet and flooring. The room did not smell, look or feel clean. Additionally, the breakfast, albeit included, was not good. I had to check out after the first night and stay somewhere else. Unfortunately, they told me because I booked through Expedia, which will never happen again, I was still going to be charged for 3 nights.

Never cleaned my room or provided clean towels, I had to take them off the cart in the hallway. Same with toilet paper. The room was filthy , carpets were dirty with stains. The overall view of the hotel was very badly need of repair.

I wasn’t sure how it would be since I have experienced hotels in the hotel area that was dirty with bad service. La Quinta was perfect. This is where I will stay during my trips. I was entertained by the Italian dude working the breakfast room. Funny, personable, helpful. Thanks

The key pad for your room never worked, you would have to go to the front desk at least two times a day to get your card re/keyed, I would not recommend this property also the front desk is rude.

Shuttle service was quick. Man at front desk on arrival was having computer issues and couldn't check me in. He went somewhere, returned, picked up his Tupperware container, said "she will come fix it" and left. 10 mins later a lady can, struggled with the issue, got it working. I waited 70 minutes at the desk, tired and hungry, before i got a room. Was terrible! Lady at front desk next morning was super nice and helpful, but I don't plan to return there
