Love this boutique hotel. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast was good. Location is great. Totally recommend this hotel

Overpriced, too small, bad smell in the room, dirty carpet, tiny elevator and hallways and the valet is NOT included. Galleria Park Hotel had the same price, a great lobby, spacious clean rooms, and valet parking. I will not stay at Inn at Union Square again. Thank you!

Close to restaurants and parking options. We were here on Christmas Day and it worked out nicely.

Didn't have any problems with allergies like we do in many other hotels. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, and central location was ideal for walking. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.
