TRAP HOUSE

The hotel had an odor. Then I got to the room checked my bed it had hair and crumbs in the bed. It had roaches crawling up the walls. There were several dead roaches on the floor. The bathtub was dirty. It felt like I was at a crack house.. I don’t recommend at all. Even after the clerk checked the room before I went in it still had all of those issues.

Charged more than quoted. Had no record of my reservation Safety chain broken/missing Overall property was in poor condition and in need of service No coffee maker No kleenex No hair dryer No bedside lamp

Terrible place to stay

The room was terrible. The sheets had stains on them. There was a roach in the bed, refrigerator, and inside the tub. It was a scary experience. I wanted a refund but I paid for it through the app. It is not a place for a family. Thank god I was traveling for work and didn’t have my kids. Otherwise I would’ve just lose out on the money spent and go elsewhere
