Posted 18 Jun 2018 on HotelsThe UFS Lodge used to be a convalescent home, so it has large spaces everywhere, to make room for all those wheelchairs I guess. We stayed in a king sized bed, super comfortable, and had access to a full kitchen. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Flop House, Not Hotel

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Everything!
Unable to stay at this "hotel". There was no desk clerk or other attendant on the premises & no phone number to call, making it impossible to check in or access rooms. Accessible areas of the "hotel" were not maintained & filthy. There were piles of trash & debris in the lobby. A 'community' shower was observed, leading one to believe there are no showers in the rooms, but unable to confirm that because of lack of access. Need I say more? I definitely DO NOT recommend this "hotel"... unless you are looking for a flop house & you don't care about cleanliness and maintenance of the premises..
