Nice hotel close to the beach
Posted 18 Apr 2018Staff are helpful and can't do enough for you. The meals produced are really nice. There is a beach just outside the hotel with beautiful rock pools and soft sand. The pool is a good size and well maintained. The highlight of staying here was watching the turtles swimming off the rocks.

Good hotel but staff (Pool side) very poor English
Posted 2 Mar 2018 on HotelsWas a nice break really enjoyed every aspect of our Holiday, except -
1) Did not realise they added and extra 10% on every bill, they should at least inform their guests about this. Had I known I would bought food and drink elsewhere and/or eaten else where.
2) Servers made lots of mistakes on our orders, even when we explained very clearly what we wanted.
3) Seems there is no consistency, between the servers who operate at pool side, and unfortunately they were unable to speak English, a little disappointing for a Hotel !!!

Posted 13 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe hotel was far away from Unawatuna beach. Hotel is next to very fast and dangerous trafic street. There was very noisy.
The pictures do not look the hotel at all, Pictures is big fake. There is building a big new hotel just to next and overlooks the ocean. Hotel was not clean. Four time for six day they forget give a towels. Bahtroom smelt very bad and hotels staff cant do anything. This is not more than two star Hotel.

年末年始の滞在だったので宿泊費高めの設定なのは理解できますが、価格に 見合わないホテルでした。スタッフはみなさんフレンドリーで一生懸命対応してくれましたが、夜中にシャワーのお湯が出ない、wifi繋がらない、テレビが見られない、という事象が続いたため、快適に過ごせたとは言い難いです。
ドライヤーはリクエストすればかしてもらえますが、使おうとしたら壊れていました。
朝食付きプランでしたが、ビュッフェのバリエーションが少なかったです。もちろんカレーは美味しかったですが…
ウナワトゥナからは少し離れています。海が近く、ゆっくり過ごすにはいいと思います。

Nous étions 7 personnes, dans 3 chambres, pour 2 nuits, tous satisfaits de l'hôtel;
d'un côte se trouve un terrain en friche, de l'autre une construction pas très esthétique, devant il y a la route bruyante, mais derrière... la piscine suivi d'une bande de sable avec bar, tables, quelques transats sur les rochers, et la mer. Les plats du resto-snack sont très bons et bien présentés, la bière est fraîche, l'addition correcte (c'est touristique ici)
Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, mais -petit détail- la fenêtre/aeration de la salle de bain donne sur le couloir à l'intérieur de l'hôtel...
Ambiance décontractée et internationale, nous avons bien aimé
