Air Conditioning needs improvement.
Posted 1 Mar 2023 on HotelsI’ve stayed at this location a few times. The air conditioning in the rooms is not the best. The temperature in Belém is pretty hot all year round and a cool room where you can rest is a must.

Very good and friendly service and the location is safe and convenient..we enjoyed our stay of 5 days, however the internet connection was very poor and there was no solution during our stay

The breakfast was very limited. All of the cakes and bread were dried out and crumbly. Dining restaurant was completely empty, even no staff. Last day a very loud group was drinking in the restaurant and no one of the staff was saying anything. The hotel seemed understaffed.
