"Chose Villa Istriana B&B in Umag as a base to explore Istria. This is a charming hotel within easy reach of the Adriatic coastline. Our host Daniela was friendly, professional and informative. Our room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The bathroom and shower spotless with plenty of hot water. Parking just outside our room; private terrace with table & chairs a plus. There is a nice restaurant right next door, but we often ate at Rustico (Istrian specialties) a 10-minute drive. Highly recommend...

"Das Hotel ist in einem super schönen Zustand und sehr sauber. Leider sind die Betten sehr hart im Zimmer und das Essen ist leider eine Katastrophe für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Es gibt Buffet, aber das ist ganz spartanisch angerichtet und hat irgendwie null Geschmack, auch der Kaffee aus der Maschine ist grauenvoll (wir haben jeden Tag einen Frühstückskaffee bei der Hotelbar getrunken, der war sehr lecker). Bis aufs Essen und den harten Betten, war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt. "
