Across from the main city. Large hotel, slow lifts but good beds.

internet not working for the hours after 10pm until we left the next day. No explanation , no consideration by staff . We chose to stay at leonardo’s because of the internet access - somewhat annoyed tab it was not availble for so long

Since we also did not have any information at first what led to the outage, we could not provide any information in this regard. As we have learned, the problem was directly with the provider and thus outside our responsibility.
