"They say they are a 5 star property, but I would rate it as a 4 star property. The price of SAR2500 per night for a Superior (standard) room indicates it is a 5 star. However there was no bellman upon arrival, the mini bar is empty (they say you can call if you need something, in my book that is room service), no turn down service done, so these are all 5 star hotel requirements. "This is a great hotel. During our stay we had large earth moving equipment working all through the night right outside our boarded up balcony. Hotel clearly knew as the had boarded up the Balcony. This made sleeping tough. It’s a good hotel other than that. Staff very professional and a very nice hotel. Just a shame about the sleepless night."

The location is close to shopping, dining, personal convenience places, a fuel station next to it, small markets, gold markets, a business center, and a short distance from the main city. "A Fantastic Stay – Exceeded Expectations! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations for a three-star stay! While the nightly rate is on the higher side, the exceptional service makes it absolutely worth it. Check-in was incredibly fast and seamless, setting the stage for a great experience. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate two queen beds comfortably, making it perfect for our group of four. Everything was spotless, from the room to the bathroom, with every detail thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was outstanding, offering everything you could possibly want to start the day! A special shoutout to Emon for his warm hospitality—he took great care of my kids and even surprised them with some candies. And Abdullah, who made the best omelets, was equally fantastic! The highlight of our stay was the thoughtful birthday surprise—a delicious cheesecake, a fruit plate, and a box of chocolates delivered to my room. Now that’s what I call top-notch hospitality! Add to that they had no issue at all with a a late check in and a late check out! A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be back!"
