Facilities were horrible. Aircon and taps weren't working and the water temperature was incredibly unstable

My room was spacious, pleasant and nice to be in. The staff is highly responsive to any request and very welcoming. The restaurant and the swimming pool are excellent. knowledge of English is a bit of a problem sometimes, but this is the situation in Ulaanbaatar, in general, and it has never caused me a significant inconvenience, because the entire staff is so welcoming and eager to assist in anything I needed!

Staff requested payment for the stay that our group already fully paid for through Expedia.

Dear Guest, I apologize for an inconvenience. I believe you made a reservation at The Corporate Hotel Central but arrived at The Corporate Hotel and Convention Centre mistakenly. Since there was no information of you at The Corporate hotel and convention centre, the receptionist did not want to keep you waiting and accepted you anyways. Therefore, the reception did not have any information of your bookings and asked for your payment. I hope you understand the situation and accept our apology for not finding out the situation immediately.

The property was relatively central and of a good quality. The staff were wonderful. Overall a good stay for a western audience. The only complaint was the shower temperature control was problematic - swinging from too hot to cold, so you have to figure out a pattern to get washed in the morning.

Old hotel

The staff is absolutely great: very helpful and quick! The hotel is old and requires immediate renovation! The management requires some training how to address GAS LEAKAGE to the customers (there were no: alarm, apologies, compensations - nothing!. Seriously, guys!

Staff friendly and helpful. Did not like cable tv provider. Very bad sports channels.

The property is dated and needs upgrading. The hot water was not functioning and worked after informing reception. Some lights in the room was not working. Peelng paintwork can be seen at the window wall.. The property is central and incorporate airport service which is good.

Location was good. Walking distance to shops, many eateries nearby. Staff were helpful Include free shuttle service to the airport.
