Live wires in bathroom. Ruptured tap in bathtub - rust stains been that way for a while - sauna inside. Only twin bed for 2 people. No pickup at airport. Extra charge for return - sleepy driver did nit know how to get to departures. No reception, no entrance door. Health and safety should condemn!

This is more of a housing project, groups moving around the hotel, doors slamming, groups of dozens moving through apartments next door. The walls are very thin and if the hotel were not here, a lot of these good kids wouldn't be exposed. I don't think any Mongolian citizens are involved in running the hotel, or that the PRC is happy about these situations either.

Dear David, Greetings! We are really sorry to hear that you had an uncomfortable stay with us. Yes at the time, there were many children staying with us because of volleyball and basketball competition happening on Buyant Ukhaa sports complex. We also offered to move your room to top floor so that you won't have problem regarding noise. We wish a pleasant stay in Mongolia and please take care of yourself. The apartment /hotel is owned and run by Mongolian citizen and it's not related in anyways to PRC. Once again sorry for whatever you had to go through.

Posted 11 Dec 2023 on HotelsThis was my second time staying in Eagle Town. First time was 5-star. Half a year later things became much worse. They could not find our reservation when we arrived. Because of that, none of the rooms was clean or prepared for us. They told us they would clean our room for us but when we came there, the sheets were dirty. I showed that to the attendant. The manager did try to provide another new clean room. The floor was not mopped at all, there was a spot on the bed sheet. In the end I simply asked for a pair of clean sheets because it was too late in the evening to change rooms again. The breakfast that’s included is quite skimpy. They should serve tea or coffee with a breakfast, nothing like that was served. The manager or Director was quite apologetic in the morning, and I appreciate that, but the overall quality of our stay was really frustrating. The mattress had sprong sticking in my back, so I had to move to a foldout couch in the living room.

Amazing staffs.
Posted 11 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe loved our stay in here. Property manager and front desk staff were very helpful. We had our tour guide. ditched us but the hotel staff was able to create a spontaneous tour plan for us for reasonable price. Thank you Abhisekh and Bay for all the help.

Trying to call Hotel many times, but no one answer. And hotel is difficult to be reached. Avoid check-in at early night, no services
