Great location. Despite some of the reviews I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Some of the room features are strange (like light controls) and you may need to have them explained by the staff. Also, due to its location can be noisy. I would request a room as high up as possible. Restaurant all over the place - one night good, one night awful. The breakfast buffet is above average. All in all a good stay in the best part of UB.

I left my iwatch. Device location showed me theirs. But they didn’t give me back.

Our reception called Mongolian G- Mobile number which starts 9808.Since no one came to collect this watch, it is still in our Lost and Found Storage. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, it is regretful that you wrote false information.

Don't use the water :(

5 star hotel and I couldn't shower due to brown water, should have stayed at a hostel.

One night stand
Posted 16 Jun 2024 on HotelsI work in Ulaanbaatar and I was fed up with having no hot water, in my district, due to annual hot water pipes repair. It was a pleasant one night stay (with hot water). My room was well laid out with a good size bathroom that separately accommodated a bath and a spacious shower unit. Excellent air conditioning which stayed on when you left the room. The Blue Sky Lounge provides a stunning view of Ulaanbaataar.
