"I didn’t expect much from this place before I booked it but I was completely surprised after the first day. The property was right on the beach and the staff was great and friendly. The only slight problem was the wifi connection. It was slow at times. I would recommend this place to anyone considering staying on Nyali beach. "

"My wife and I, along with our 10-month-old baby, had the pleasure of staying at Southern Palms in Mombasa in September 2024, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. We were made to feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food at the resort was nothing short of amazing – we truly could spend the entire day indulging in the variety of delicious offerings. "This place was so so beautiful! All staff but 1 was wonderful! Very nice and clean! Walkable to the beach, shopping, dining and my mums house! Thought it started free breakfast we did not get! Otherwise I would highly highly recommend and I would for sure stay again the 2 bedroom, 2 bath with private pool was amazing! The staff that did help us was absolutely the best! "
