I asked for a downstairs room because the person I was with had mobility issues, but I was informed after arrival that the downstairs was under construction. Which was okay because there was an elevator. The problem…I was given a room as far from the elevator as possible.

Good location for the conference I was attending. Hotel is a bit dated but overall good average hotel experience.

Cozy room and quiet, our view from our room was beautiful. Dog friendly. A Walmart across the street with a lot of things.

The room was clean and updated. I had a view of a beautiful koi pond and courtyard, it was just lovely.

Love the enclosed pool and that the hotel is so family friendly. Great breakfast in the morning. Bummed that the hot tub was not working. Obvious that reduced staff since the pandemic. Will be returning next time we visit Ukiah.

It is a beautiful hotel with balconies to view both the sunrise and sunset.
