This Ugento residence provides complimentary wireless Internet access, with a speed of 500+ Mbps (good for 6+ people or 10+ devices). LED televisions are featured in guestrooms. Housekeeping is offered on request and hypo-allergenic bedding can be requested.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 May, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June - 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 80 per accommodation, per stay
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 10 per person, per stay
• A damage deposit of EUR 100 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 220 per person (roundtrip)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: EUR 180 (roundtrip), (up to 2 years old)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 30 per day
• Towels fee: EUR 10 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
