Payment is more expensive, but conditions are not good, room is too small and not very comfortable and clean

The rooms are even smaller than shown on the website. There is no chair for the desk. If you sit on the bed to use the little desk, your knees will be hitting the wall. There is no storage. You live out of your suitcase and that takes up much needed space. The bathroom is nice. The breakfast is cheap but you are better off going to Lawson’s.

Easy check in. Drinking water (cold and hot) is always available at the lobby. Safe entry to the hotelafter midnight. Friendly and responsible staff.

Ueno hotel has really good staff both at the front on the back of house. They hotel is close to Ueno station and has ample convenience stores nearby. The room is small by western standards but is very clean and usable. I would stay with them again

Good location, but cigarette smoke come in from other rooms.

Very good option to stay. Walking distance to Ueno station. Tons of restaurants in the area. Rooms are a little small.
