Horrible staff, did not honor the booking, the booking was for standard romm with a twin bed, they said the booking was for single bed and charged 1300 extra. Food and cleanliness the less spoken the better. Arrogant, staff.

Pros: Cooperative and helpful staff
Cons: Facilities in the room and the comfort can be improved.
Located close to Manipal and other amenities are close by.

Nice hotel , centrally located

Pros: Centrally located
Cons: Breakfast was terrible. Should improve
Overall, good experience. Everything was nearby. Room spacious and clean.

Negative: No iron, or laundry service early morning before 9 am. Room was booked and charged for 3 persons, but no cover ( blanket) was available inspite of requesting several times. Room service for morning tea arrived later than 45 mins after asking 3 times. Positive: Reception staff were very corporative.
