"Really nice property, recently renovated. A little removed from the main town but that's part of the charm honestly. Staff is phenomenal though, from guest relations to restaurant that were all friendly, amazing and professional"

Nice staff, a bit too loud
"Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views.
