Nice stay

Nice hotel in a quieter area of Udon Thani. Basic but good facility. Room was spacious and comfortable and extremely well priced.

Do not stay here.

Pros: Rooms were OK, and quiet.
Cons: Open the restaurant and accept that all linen will not be spotless after use!
Location: Located in a back lane quite a distance from the main road.
We were charged extra on check out due to some mud on the end of one towel, due to rainy weather and dropped on the floor. There was a restaurant but it was closed. There are no close reasonable restaurants, ie... extra for taxi ....(they booked one ....and after waiting in the cold for 30 minutes, we cancelled it! and took a Tuk Tuk in rainy windy unusually cold (12 Deg C!) weather.. In the morning there was only one staff member in the hotel to check rooms, and conduct checkout, and it was very slow. There are much better value hotels in Udon Thani!

Sorry for inconvenient situation. I'm a front office manager in this hotel. I would like to inform about this situation that the receptionist is a new one and she didn't know how big of damage she have to take an extra charged with customer (we have a list in every rooms), so she didn't mean to take 50 Baht extra charged with you. I would like to sincerely apologize for this case which I have blamed her already. For the restaurant, we opened every day since 7.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and we serve a mini breakfast for free in restaurant every day which you can ask at reception Moreover there are not only a lot of restaurant but also a market around the hotel, if it's not too late. For the taxi, I would like to say apologize again because it is out of our control. We can only call a taxi for customer(we never ask a fee for calling) and try several times to call to the taxi to take customer as quick as possible. I would like to say sincerely apologize again and wish you understand us for this case. Front office team,

Nice but basic hotel

Newly built, nice tidy room. Everything works, but a real shower would be nice. Also, no swimming pool, or place to tan

Pros: Überall überwachungs Kammeras.
Cons: Dem Hotelbesitzer zum umdenken bewegen, denn die mängel gehen hauptsächlich von Ihm aus. ( Er ist in der Nachbarschaft einschlägig bekannt).
Location: Wenn man Mobil ist, kann man in 5min in der Innenstadt sein.
Die Dame an der Repzeption war nett. Kofferträger gibts nicht. Die möglichkeit Frühstück dazu zu kaufen war sehr bescheiden " zwei Instand suppen" zum selberbrühen. Heißes Wasser aus einem Wasserkocher und Kaffeepulfer, Zucker u. Trockenmilch waren gratis. Das Frühstück kauften wir uns im Supermarkt "circa 10 min Fußmarsch" ein, und Frühstückten im Hotelzimmer. Als auf einem Handtuch ein Kaffeefleck zusehen war, mußten wir eine Gebühr für Sonderreinigung bezahlen, daß nenne ich Abzocke! Die Zimmer waren nur am anfang sauber geputzt, dannach wurde nur gekehrt, das Bad wurde auch nicht geputzt, das hat man an den Kalkflecken gesehen. Die Matratze war sehr hart. Die Betten wurden nie überzogen 6 Tage lang. Ameisen im Zimmer sind auch nicht gut. Fernseher, Matraze und Bettlehne waren in Plastikfolie gehüllt. Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurde immer die Türe aufgelassen, dadurch kamen immer zahlreiche Moskitos ins Zimmer.
