The location had a great view of the city and the mountains. The pool was clean and the staff was nice. Things that could have been better. The rooms could have been more air tight and the hotel could use to invest in a water system for the washrooms water. It was hard water and it was not the best on the skin

Poor experience

Run down hotel with poor quality staff. The hotel is also outside the city.

Very slow service at check in and at restaurant for breakfast ( only one live counter for breakfast for entire resort ).Bathroom Towels were very hard and too old. Welcome drink was yuky

Thsi hotel charges stay in guests forign currency by converting at iys own exhorbitant self created exchange rate thus adding another 7%-10% to the coat. Even though the credit card slip states that guest

Also hotel had given the option to refund the charged amount in foreign currency and we would have taken the payment as per your convenience. We regret the inconvenience caused to you , we hope that you will treat this incident in isolation and it will not mar your patronage towards the Ramada Udaipur Resort & Spa.
