Pros: rooms are nice and good staff members
Location: you can easily get accommodation to nearby places like gulab baug and pichola lake
nice staff and hotel rooms were neat and clean. Food served in restaurant was good. clean bathrooms. got good support from staff members.

A welcoming place tt stay
Posted 17 Feb 2015Very well managed and clean modern hotel. Rooms well appointed with all facilities expected. Cleaned on daily basis. Breakfast adequate, and staff will cook omelette if requested. Good fòd in restaurant. Staff very friendly. Location near the bus station, therefore necessary to take auto rickshaw to get the lake area. Overall well recommended

Pros: Location and comfort
Cons: Dining Staff Supervisor needs to be re-trained
Location: Many locations not far from Hotel, especially the Palaces & Lake
We stayed for 4 nights in November 2014, and the Manager Mr Ajit helped us in more than one way, very pleasant guy, ad we would recommend this hotel for sure.
He went out of his way to help us.

Posted 12 Jan 2015 on HotelsWe faced a major problem during checkin, the hotel manager was very rude, we came at 4, he told us to wait for 30 min. and then when demanded he gave us a small room and said this is your room, he had a fight had a lot of ego, I would not recommend the hotel to anyone...

Nice hotel close to Bas Stand and Rail Station

Pros: Location, cleanliness, service.
Cons: Pickup and drop facility not available, tourist help center will help additionally.
Good hotel, near to main transport spots like Bus Stand & Railway station. Cleanliness, service are very good. Good hotel to stay for family and/or individual.
