Our stay at property was great. The surrounding around the area is beautiful. The property itself is great. The only drawback is the heat at the topmost floor.

Nice and comfortable cabin. Warm and inviting. Only negative was no fireplace to have a nice fire. Understand why not there and we brought wood to burn! Otherwise a very nice stay!

We stayed in this property for 4 nights. We got free upgrade to oceanfront cabins. Hands down one of the best stays ever. Very clean and fully equipped cabin.

The access was a muddy dirt road, inadequate parking. There was a jacuzzi promised but when we got the threating letter it said we would have a 8 in 10 chance for a jacuzzi. surprise we had no jacuzzi. very stark accomations, and oh yes just one coffee cup and no phone number to call for another cup. 400 dollars for one day and one cup and the treat for extra charges if we did not clean the cup before we left. this was a suite at the lodge. Our stay was not satisfactory. Plus the landlord wanted my respect for his inferior lodging. Oh no safety handles in the shower.

As you arrived to The Cabins shortly after Ucluelet was hit with an Atmospheric River which dropped 300mm of rain in 24 hours, I am not surprised you found our gravel driveway to be wet or in your words “muddy”. As Ucluelet is located in a rainforest, heavy rain is normal at this time of the year, these things happen. The Lodge Suites are not advertised as having Jacuzzi tubs, rather they are described on Expedia as having a “Deep Soaking Bathtub”, which you did indeed receive in Suite 21. Guest Services are available every day from 9am-6pm, the phone number was provided in your check in package, at the Front Door of the Check in Center, Our Website and on Expedia where you made your booking. We would have been happy to provide you an extra coffee mug should you have requested one. We do recommend all guests do their due diligence, read the full description, ensuring they are knowledgeable in what they are reserving before arriving to The Cabins. This saves everyone from being disappointed due to false expectations. Kindly,The Cabins Team
