"The hotel is dated as are the facilities. We made the mistake of selecting a smoking room, so our room smelled like an ashtray. It was difficult to determine cleanliness, because the furniture was old and the carpets were also old and stained. Transportation is extremely limited unless you want to ride a bike or walk. "The staff were welcoming and the property was very clean and modern. The onsen was clean and very refreshing. The morning breakfast was quite substantial and had several options. Although the on-site restaurant was closed for lunch and had very few options for dinner, what they had was very fresh and reasonably priced. "

"This property is right by a large shopping area filled with dining areas and shops making it a good location for visitors. We booked a smoking room by accident so the room did smell like smoke but that was on us. Staff was very helpful and accommodating for foreigners and they also offer free breakfast from 6-9am. "
