Lovely property with good central location and nice ambience surrounded by trees and plants. The rooms are very nice and clean although my room smelt humid, but I guess it is difficult to control that with the hot and humid weather. Staff very nice and helpful. The only "negative" part is that breakfast has limited options (a fixed menu) outside the hotel and any extra item you want you need to pay for it (like an extra coffee for example).

Sweet spot in Ubud

Lovely and clean hotel. Well maintained grounds with beautiful pool. Although it’s just off a busy road, can’t tell from the rooms. Got the massage with coconut scrub from Daisy, which was wonderful. The adjacent restaurants were also superb. Hope to come back and stay longer next time.

I💜Ubud

We had a very comfortable stay while visiting Ubud. You are right in the heart of Ubud but just away from the main hustle and bustle so it is very peaceful and quiet. I contacted them before our arrival and they arranged a car to pick us up at the airport. It really saved all the hassle after a long journey and removed the worry. They sent a lovely driver, Made. The room was very comfortable with a huge bed. The breakfast was also fab. I would definitely book again if I am ever back in Ubud. A little oasis of calm.

Good location. Good value. Found it a bit noisy - sliding doors rattle when opening closing ...woken late night by room next door. Woken early morning by room other side.

I woke up to birds singing. Even tho it was 1 block from HEAVY traffic and tourists walking, it was always quiet and green and serene. The staff was excellent, helpful and carried my bags up to the 3rd floor. No elevator 😩 Lovely room, clean and good bed. Big bathroom with tub and separate shower. Chairs outside on a ‘patio’. Great WiFi. You get way more than you are paying for.

This is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay but please be aware the photos/amenities don’t always match up with the room level you choose. The main photo for the “Grand Deluxe” room seems to only to match one specific room on that level; feels a bit deceptive in its use. I heard another guest complain about this while I was there too. A bit disappointing as it sets the wrong expectations & could easily be avoided. They should change the names of the room levels as there was nothing I would consider “grand” or “deluxe” about the our room. It was quite small, though it was nice. Most frustratingly the room was listed as wheelchair-accessible & the photo of the bathroom showed a walk-in shower. The room was up a flight of stairs and you had to climb over a high bath ledge to shower. I coped okay with my bad knee but for someone really needing that accessibility this would be devastating. It’s such a shame as the hotel grounds and pool are charming and the location is fantastic. They’re letting themselves down by giving the wrong impression to potential Expedia guests, leading to that sinking “hang on, this isn’t what I booked” feeling. It should be an “isn’t this a lovely hotel in a great location” feeling you get on arrival based on the quality of the property. I hope Expedia can give them guidance on rectifying their description&photo accuracy. WiFi was AWFUL, and inexcusable given we stayed at a much cheaper hotel 30m down the road with better wifi.
