Beautiful hotel, the only downside is the number of steps but that’s what special about the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend

Beautiful property and gardens and amazing spa! The lodges are starting to show signs of wear and tear but it looked like they were starting to refurbish some of them. Great service and buffet breakfast was lovely.

Rooms are quite a disrepair, needs a lot of upkeep and maintenance done. So many things were broken or not working.

This was a beautiful place I enjoyed staying there but I found getting around outside of the main building very difficult as a 70 year old

A delightful place
Posted 6 Sep 2024 on HotelsWe enjoyed our stay at the Tjampuan. It is a charming, traditional Balinese style hotel with beautiful, lush gardens. Our room was spacious and comfortable (if a little tired) and the was a large balcony looking out on to thatched roofs and the rain forest beyond. To be fair, the bathroom was in need of renovation. The staff are welcoming, efficient and friendly.

Lovely property and facilities but unfortunately was not aware that there was so many stairs to navigate. This should be highlighted at the time of booking.
