Great hotel and pool area

Awesome hotel and amazing freshwater pool and garden area… real sanctuary and great to see the monkeys glide their way around the garden wall

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were amazing. I would definitely eat there again but I wouldn’t stay overnight. The room I was in needed a remodel. It was OLD, the furniture was dated, the mattress springs poked me and it smelled. The Internet was hit or miss! My room was terrible in my opinion, but I’m not sure how the other rooms looked. Never again!

Wonderful stay

A lovely place to stay in a great area. The staff are so gracious. Good food at the restaurant as well.

This Hotel is okay, but I wouldn’t come back here. Good area with monkey Forrest and restaurants close but they don’t clean the rooms, just makes the beds. Good service

Mixed bag...

This hotel has some positives. The staff are very friendly and the pool area is lovely and peaceful and was virtually empty when we there. Sun for quite a lot of the day. The rooms are massive and there is plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. The location is great, very close to monkey forest and a big supermarket and only a 15 min walk to the centre of Ubud. The negatives are the cleanliness of the property and the breakfast. The restaurant they serve breakfast in is filthy and have been closed down in any western country for not complying with standards. Also it is a very poor offering so we are breakfast out every morning. Generally the corridors were grubby and door mats and cleaning cupboards are left open with dirty towels piled inside. Such a shame because it has the potential to be a really lovely hotel.

Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel. Staff is warm and welcoming and makes you feel at home. The room was exactly like the picture and even bigger. The area is 5 min walk from the monkey Forrest and had many good restaurants. I will definitely recommend this hotel!
