The comfort and the quality of the rooms does not match the price level. It is possible to find other places witch is much better for the value. However, the view is amazing which increases the scores.

The apartment booked was a standard triple flat and the simplest is also a couple and a strange person to the couple, this really in a room is not very comfortable, our apartments are high level, including the cleaning, are equipped with mattress Of spring, LED TV, frigobar, ceiling fan and air conditioning in the apapartamento type luxury, besides bathroom with crystal box, very well ventilated with wonderful view, cortez attendance, environment 100% familiar, we are located in front of the two best Beaches of Ubatuba, with panoramic view to five beaches, near the commercial center. But we appreciate the comment and we always try to improve Giovanni Peduto Owner

Razoável. Não entregou o quê o site vendeu. TV no apartamento estragada, a limpeza não é diária, não tem serviço de portaria / interfone para atendimento de ifood por exemplo, estacionamento não atende a demanda de hospedagem, os veículos quê não cabem no estacionamento têm que ficar na rua. Café da manhã servido somente após as 8:00 hs.

Bom custo beneficio

Bom custo beneficio, funcionarios atenciosos, bom cafe da manha, otima localizacao, proximo da praia, ar condicionado. O quarto estava com um pouco de cheiro de mofo na entrada devido a estar fechado e bater pouco sol, porem facil de resolver.
