decepção
não tem estacionamento de dia .vc tem que pagar r$12,00 para deixar o carro na rua a televisão e antiga não tem controle remoto depois que vc coloca o carro pra dentro não pode mais tirar,cafe da manhã não tem quase nenhuma opção e o basico do basico , atendimento ruim a resepção fica ate as 19:00 deram um numero pra ligar se precisar de alguma coisa tem que ligar quando precisei não me atenderam ruim mesmo não recomendo pra niguem.me admiro o hotel .com indicar um lugar como esse.

Em frente à praia
Ponto positivo o preço é localização. O café da manhã é simples, mas é satisfatório. O ponto negativo é o estacionamento, que um carro fica na frente do outro e logo cedo você tem que retirar para que outro hóspede também saia. Assim durante o dia seu carro "tem" que ficar do lado de fora, aí vc tem que pagar 12 reais do rotativo da cidade. O Bom que este rotativo serve para todas as praias da cidade. Outro ponto negativo é que no quarto que hospedei, que foi o último, o sinal do WiFi é fraco, ficava oscilando e caía. Na porta do quarto era bom, mas dentro d quarto era muito ruim.

Lugar tranquilo e praia muito gostosa.
Foi um final de semana maravilhoso, mais acho que as diária de domingo deveria acabar pelo menos as 14:00hs já que eu acredito que é muito pouco provável que alguém faça o check-in para entrar no domingo a tarde, mais de resto foi tudo muito bom, mais perdemos metade do domingo.

Devido ao nosso trabalho, estamos habituados a nos hospedar em hotéis e pousadas e também utilizamos os sites de reservas e compreendemos e entendemos como esses serviços funcionam. Normalmente, a reserva no site solicita um número de cartão de crédito para preenchimento da solicitação de reserva, mas nada é cobrado no cartão até que façamos efetivamente o check-in no estabelecimento. Relatamos isso aqui, pois lemos outros comentários, onde houve equívocos por parte dos usuários quando da reserva. Fizemos nossa reserva pelo Expedia e fomos para a Pousada Perequê-Açu. Lá, fomos muito bem recebidos pela atendente e tudo estava conforme escolhemos no site. No dia seguinte conhecemos os proprietários, que são extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e cordiais. Ficamos cinco dias e tivemos uma ótima estadia. Com certeza voltaremos! Recomendamos!

O casal que nos recepcionou são os donos da pousada, foram muito simpáticos, a localização é excelente de frente pra praia, próximo ao centro de Ubatuba, o quarto é aconchegante e espaçoso, tudo muito limpo. o único problema foi o estacionamento, os carros ficam um atrás do outro, gerando transtorno caso tenha que sair.
