"The staff and room were great but there was quite alot of dust in clumps on the floor which wasn't great if bare foot. Breakfast was disappointing as bacon undercooked, random use of ciabattas on all options. Sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms were all we ate. "

"Hotel is terrific with a lovely diversity of staff from a host of nations. Friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and the spa facilities were great too. Parking is very expensive so beware! Pre book and discount where you can!"

"We arrived early at the hotel. Reception were very friendly and welcoming. Asked if we were celebrating anything special, it was my birthday. Received complimentary drink of my choice.
We hadn't visited the area before and the staff explained how to get to the various points of interest in the area.
We had the Cornonation Streeet tour booked and that was in easy walking distance and so was the Man United statium.
The location was perfect to local bars and shopping centre.
Breakfast at the hotel was good. The lobby area had comfortable seating and was clean and tidy. The bed was lovely and big and comfortable.
Overall a perfect stay and would not hesitate to book again.
